Chairman - Professor Osato F. Giwa-Osagie

He attended Cambridge University to read medicine in 1965 and graduated in B.A. Pathology in 1969, MB BCHIR 1972, MA, 1971.He specialized in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Kings College Hospital, London, and obtained an MSc in Endocrinology from Leeds University in 1976.Osato became a member of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists {MRCOG} in 1977 and elected Fellow {FRCOG} in 1982. He also trained at Harvard medical School, USA, Monash University, Australia, and in Health Programmes Management at Harvard School of Public Health.

Vice Charman - Otunba Seyi Oduntan

He is the Executive Chairman of the Lanrope Group, which is a diversified group in the energy, solar and diesel power, oil services and general trading activities. He was the Managing Director of Honeywell Enterprises Limited for many years and is currently a Director of several successful companies in manufacturing Industry and Financial services. Until recently, He was a Director of the Ogun State Government owned Gateway Pharmaceutical Company Plc.

He is a UK trained Business Studies graduate, with a Masters degree in International Business and a holder of the graduate Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK, and a fellow of the institute.He has had over twenty-five years experience in various fields of commerce, marketing and corporate life. He is a consultant and a trainer of men in industry and financial institutions. Seyi is an avid traveller with a passion for all sports and his hobbies include Autobiographies, Writing, Chess and Sudoku. He is married with children.


 

President - Mrs. Ebunola Anozie

She is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Care. Organization. Public Enlightenment. She is a graduate of Christian Religious Studies {Humanities} a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.Mrs. Anozie later attended the Nigerian Institute of Management {NIM} for a course in Administration and Personnel of which she is a member.

She is also a member of the Nigerian Red Cross Society and Rotary Club of Ikeja South, district 9110. She was appointed an ASHOKA Fellow in 2002. ASHOKA Foundation is a global Association of Leading Social Entrepreneurs in Washington DC, United States of America and it cuts across various countries worldwide.

 

     
 

Trustee - Alhaji Shuaibu Idris {can, anim, ma, b.sc}

Alhaji Shuaibu Idris is the Special Adviser/Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer of Dangote Group.Shuaibu graduated from Bayero University Kano, Nigeria with A Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, He later proceeded to the University of Wales Bangor, United Kingdom in 1994.A core professional with demonstrated honour and integrity combined with dynamism and excellence.

He has sound analytical management and interpersonal skills and a team player.He is an Associate member of Association of National Accountants of Nigeria {ANAN}, Chartered Institute of Management (CIM) (UK), Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Cost Management Institute of Nigeria (CMI), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Institute of Personnel Management (IPM).Shuaibu is theoretically sound and practically well grounded (Cross-Functional Exposure),his background spells honesty, Professionalism, transparency, respect of one’s word, desire for challenges, hard work, dedication and devotion to duty, a sense of responsibility, a modest way of life, tolerance, freedom of conscience and above all dour inflexibility (principled). Trustee - Dr. Bola Fajemirokun

She currently serves as the Executive Director of Development Initiatives Network, a non-governmental organization with a focus on policy research and analysis in the development sector. She has extensive management experience in the profit and non-profit sectors and in recognition of this was invited to serve on the Boards of non-governmental organizations such as C.O.PE. in 2004. Dr. Fajemirokun is a graduate of the University of Lagos and she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1984. In 1990, she was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy {Ph.D.} degree of the University of London.Dr. Fajemirokun was appointed a Fellow of the Ashoka Foundation in 2002 in connection with her work in the field of environmental law and policy in Nigeria. In 1999, she was awarded the Top Honours Award of the Akure Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture.

She is also a member of the National Forestry Policy Review Committee and the Advisory Committee to the Lagos State Ministry of Environment on the implementation of an Environmental Education Curriculum in Lagos State Secondary Schools. In June 2005, she was appointed to the Lagos State Government’s Programme Implementation Committee for State-wide activities under the UNDP Country Programme 2005-2007. In this capacity, she will be involved in the overall management and administration of all project activities in Lagos State.Dr. Fajemirokun is a member of the Nigerian Environmental Law Society and serves as the Chair of its committee. She is also a member of the Pan-African Programme on Land and Resource Rights and one of the Founding Members of the Lagos Environment and Sanitation Network {LESN}

 

     
 

Trustee - Akemere Michael Osime, B.Sc {Lagos}, MBA {Strathycylde], FCS.

He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of International Capital Markets Group. Mr. Osime worked for 4 years at Chase merchant Bank {later Continental Merchant Bank} with responsibilities for debt/equity issues and origination, placing of money market instruments and the development of venture capital. He was seconded to Nigerian International Securities Limited {NISL} where he trained and qualified as a Stockbroker in 1985.He moved to Nigeria International Bank from Chase in early 1986 to join its Corporate Finance team. He later headed its Financial Institutions Unit, which was responsible for managing 80% of the bank assets at the time. At NIB, he had the additional responsibility of marketing Citibank NA, Chase Manhattan and Citicorp Investment Bank.

He also attended the Euromoney International Capital Markets Program.He is a Director of several companies including, Partnership Savings and Loans Limited, Broadband Technologies Limited, a telecommunication services firm and Asset Procurement Limited, an oil-service Company based in Port-Harcourt.He was appointed by the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation {NDIC} as a director of New Nigeria Bank {NNB} Plc when its management was taken over in 1992 by NDIC. He is an authorised dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

 

     
 

Trustee - Mrs. H Kehinde Gbelee

She is a Seasoned Banker with over 20 years experience. She graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. She later attended the Middlesex University in the United Kingdom where she obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration.Presently, Kehinde is the Head of Corporate Treasury in EIb International Bank Plc, Victoria-island Branch.

She is a member of the National Breast Cancer Coalition Force, United States of America and a supporter of Breast Cancer Research, United Kingdom. A breast cancer survivor and committed advocate of breast cancer awareness, she has championed various breast cancer awareness programmes and has worked with the government, Media, Educational Sector and market women/.She is married to Dr. H.O. Gbelee and are blessed with children.
